Although StimPad® is manufactured to the highest national and international quality systems standards, occasionally component malfunctions occur.  We provide a three year warranty on all devices (excluding SnapPad™ Gel Pads and batteries) and are happy to replace your device at no cost.  Or, if you fall within the thirty-day (30) trial period and desire to return the device for a refund of your  purchase price.  Please fill in the RMA  (Return Merchandize Authorization) Form to begin.  After submission of the RMA Form, you will receive a StimPad® replacement and a prepaid Return Shipping Box. 

Device Failure:  You will receive your StimPad replacement within 7-to-10 working days.
If you are returning your device during the thirty-day (30) trial period:

The Device Serial Number is located on a label on the bottom of the device {SnapPad Gel Pad sihede facing up}, or the bottom of the original packaging.

Once you have completed and submitted the RMA Form, you shall be redirected to the StimPad® home page.
